what i eat in a day

What I Ate In a Day 3/4/2018

breakfast

  • a bowl of knock off cinnamon toast crunch with soymilk
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • a spoonful of peanut butter

lunch

  • a salad consisting of 2 cups of spinach, 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed well), and balsamic vinaigrette
  • a glass of orange juice

snack

  • 1 slice of sourdough bread (toasted) with a small amount of earth balance & kosher salt

dinner

  • lentils and rice topped with edamame, wakame, and toasted sesame oil
  • a glass of soymilk
